1) If no designs exist
If no designs have been made, the desings tab will have the following (Expert services options plus the option to create a design.
For Indian users (Preliminary proposal + Full Construction drawing services)
For U.S and Canada users ( Solar Sales/Hybrid inverter proposal + Permit /Hybrid inverter permit package services)
2) Creating a new design
For a creating a new design, click on the following places on the screen.
and specify the following things
Design Name
System Type (PV/PV + ESS/ ESS only) design
Design in Sales mode or Design in Studio
Design settings profile

3a) Designs list and Primary design
The designs tab at any point only shows one design, to access the rest of the designs in the lead, click on the following list of designs
The popup shows all the designs created for the lead along with the system size, generation ans type of design.
You can define 1 design as a primary design for the lead and that will be the design that will be viewed for the lead.
3b) Accessing the Proposals
You can access the proposals of the design in 1 click using the icons on the bottom left of the screen

FAQs
1) Where do I start if there are no designs?
You’ll see an empty state. Click Create Design (or Request Expert Services).
2) What’s the difference between PV, PV+ESS, and ESS-only?
PV = solar only; PV+ESS = solar + battery; ESS-only = battery only (no PV layout).
3) Why did it skip Studio after I created a design?
You chose ESS-only. That goes straight to Battery by design.
4) How do I quickly share a proposal?
Open Proposal on your design, pick Web, click Share, and send the link.
5) Can I download a file version of the proposal?
Yes — in Proposal, click Download next to the document proposal.
6) How do I keep designs organized?
Rename with clear labels (type, size, rev). Mark the current pick as Primary.
7) Where can I remove a design we don’t need?
If allowed, the Delete option is in the Info area for that design.
