Lead Summary Page: Home for a single lead

From here, you can review history, edit site details, enter consumption, create and manage designs, upload documents and contracts, and track tasks.

2) Activity Timeline

The activity timeline contains 3 tabs - Activity Timeline, Emails & Meetings.

2a) Activity Timeline

  • This contains all the activites that have occured since the lead creation

  • You can also add notes and save data for the lead

2b) Emails & Meetings

  • Integrate your google account and track all the emails and meetings between the sales person and Lead here.

3) Site info

The Site info contains 4 tabs - Lead & Site info, Pipeline Info, Additional Info and AHJ Info

  • Lead full name

  • Lead Email Id

  • Lead Phone number

  • Site type

  • Address on Proposal

b) Pipeline Info

  • Lead pipeline

  • Lead Stage

c) Additional Info

4) Consumption

Enter the Utility rate details and consumption details of the lead

5) Design

  • Order expert services or Create new design for the lead in this tab

  • Once the designs are created, view all the details of the design

6) Files

The files contains 3 tabs - Documents, Site assesments and Contracts

6a) Documents

The Documents tab is categorised, so you can neatly organise all your documents of the leads

6b) Site Assesments

You can access, share and review the site survey form of the lead.

6c) Contracts

You can access, create, share and review the contract for the lead.

FAQs

1) What is the Lead Summary page for?
It’s the complete record for one lead — details, history, designs, files, and tasks — with quick links to start or continue design work.

2) Where do I enter the utility rate and usage?
In Consumption. Both live on one page so you don’t miss a field.

3) How do I create a design from here?
Go to Designs → Create Design. Choose PV, PV+ESS, or ESS-Only. Follow the onscreen steps.

4) Why did my design open the Battery page instead of Studio?
You created an ESS-Only design. ESS-Only goes straight to Battery; Studio isn’t used.

5) I can’t see Proposal or Studio. Is something wrong?
Not necessarily. In Sales Mode / PM-SGY accounts, Studio and Proposal are hidden. Use Battery and Pricing & Financing.

6) Where should I upload contracts?
Files → Contracts. Keep contracts separate from general documents for easier tracking.

7) How do I switch between multiple designs?
Use the design selector in Designs or Edit Design. You can also set one as Primary for faster access.

8) Where do I rename a design?
In Designs or Edit Design, click the pencil next to the design name.
