FAQs
1) What is the Edit Design page for?
It’s the work area to configure the system (layout or battery), set pricing and financing, and create/share proposals. You can switch tasks with one click using the top tabs.
2) Why don’t I see the Studio tab?
You’re on an ESS-Only design, or your org/account is Sales Mode / PM-SGY. In these cases, Studio is hidden. Use Battery and Pricing & Financing.
3) How do I share a proposal?
In Proposal, click Share and copy the link (works for Document and Web). To send a file, use Download (Document).
4) Where do I fix numbers that look off in the proposal?
First, check Consumption (Lead Summary). Then adjust Pricing & Financing or Battery. Return to Proposal to confirm.
5) Can I delete a design?
If your role allows it, the Delete control is in Info for that design.
6) What’s the quickest path to present-ready?
Tune Battery and Pricing & Financing → Proposal (Web) → Share link. If the roof layout matters, tweak Studio first.
7) How do I rename a design?
Click the pencil next to the design name in the header. Use a clear, unique name.
8) What does “Primary” do?
It marks the default design for quick jumps (for example, from the Lead Card). It doesn’t delete other designs — it just sets the main one.
9) Where can I see a BOM and summaries in one place?
Open Info. You’ll see BOM, pricing summary, primary financing summary, battery summary (with an Edit link), and a proposals overview.
