1) Two views
Kanban: cards grouped by stage. Good for a status overview and moving leads forward.
List: table with columns you can sort, filter, and customize. Good for fast scanning and bulk triage.
2) The Actions bar
Select the Pipeline
Customise Table (if in table view)
Search for a lead
Sort amongst the leads
Filter amongst the leads
Create / Import leads
3a) Stages of Pipeline (Kanban view)
All the leads in a pipeline are present in their respective stages
You can change the stage of the lead just by dragging the card from one stage to another
If you want to edit the stages of a pipeline go to "Organization Settings> Pipelines"
3b) Customise Table (Table view)
Select which columns you want to be able to view.
4) The Lead Card
a) The Lead card shows the following information
Icon for the Type of Projects (Residential/Commercial)
Name of the Lead
Intials of the Sales person for the lead
Creation time of the lead
Address of the lead
Email of the lead
Deal value of the lead
b) Icons navigate the users to the following pages
Tasks of the lead
Primary design in the lead
Documents of the lead
Proposal of the primary design of the lead
Reminders/Notes of the lead
The Quick view tab of the lead
FAQs
1) Kanban or List—what should I use?
Use Kanban for a stage-by-stage view and quick progress checks. Use List to sort, filter, and scan a lot of leads fast.
2) Where is the pipeline picker?
Top-left in the header. Choose it before creating or reviewing leads so your context is correct.
3) Fastest way to open a proposal?
Click Proposal on the lead card. One click.
4) I created a lead but can’t find it.
Check the Pipeline and Filters. Clear filters. Try a shorter search.
5) Can I move a lead to a different stage?
Yes. Drag the card in Kanban, or open Lead Summary and change the stage.
6) How do I get to the main design’s Studio quickly?
From the lead card, click Designs. If a primary design exists and your account allows it, Studio opens directly.
7) Why does my teammate see different columns in List view?
They customized their table. You can too with Customize Table.
8) After I create a lead, where do I end up?
On Lead Summary → Site Info for that lead. From there you can go to Consumption, Designs, Files, or Tasks.
