Getting Started
Open a Proposal:
Start by opening the proposal document you want to customize.
Enter Customization Mode:
Click on the Customize Proposal button to enable editing mode.
Editing Options
Text Customization:
Edit text directly within the proposal.
Style your text with options for bold, italic, underline, or alignment (left, right, center).
Dynamic Placeholders:
Use placeholders to fetch dynamic content like system information, performance metrics, or documentation.
Select placeholders section-wise from the dropdown menu.
Managing Pages
Reorder Pages:
Use the shuffle icon on the left panel to reorder your proposal pages.
Hide Pages:
Click the eye icon to hide any page you don’t want displayed.
Add New Pages:
You can add a new page by clicking the Add New Page button or the plus icon.
Editing Specific Elements
User Note Page:
Editable pages are outlined with a border.
Click the text area to begin typing within the designated space.
Image Editing:
On pages like the Solar Value Proposition, click the camera icon to upload or select images from your system or pre-provided options.
Testimonials:
Click the edit icon to modify testimonials, save changes, and see them instantly updated.
Adding New Custom Pages
Image, Video and Text Pages:
Choose from provided list of templates.
Enter a page title, select a template, and add images, videos, text or a combination and associated text.
Saving Changes
Once all customizations are complete, click Save.
All updates will be applied, and you can exit the editing mode.
