Let's get started with adding will table type widget in our dashboard. Let's take an example of creating a table of potential deals. So basically, this will measure the sum of deal value of leads that are potential for you.

Step 1. Click on Add Widget button. This will open a new widget drawer as left side pane.

Step 2. Enter widget name and Add widget type as table, there are two types of table. Simple and Group. Depending on the use case, we can choose the type of table widget that we need.

Step 3. In this case, we will choose the widget type as simple table.

Step 4. Now under source we will choose leads.

Step 5. Under grouping we will group them in different columns. Let's choose the first column as the assignee that is who is the assignee of the leads. Then choose the second column as lead name. Add the third column as deal value. Then add the column of lead source. Add next column as target closure date of individual of the leads. And final column we will add is that of the zip codes. So, these are all the columns that we need.

Step 6. Now in the limit, we will choose the limit from given list of options. For example if we choose the limit as 10 then in the table only 10 leads will be shown.

Step 7. Let's add the filter of Target closure date. Click on 'Add Filter' button. In column choose the option of 'Target closure date'. We can choose from various available operators, ‘is’, ‘isn't’, ‘is before’, ‘is after’, ‘till yesterday’, ‘till last month’ or any other available in the list.

In our case, we will choose the operator as ‘is after’ that is it will count the leads having closure date after the day of creation of widget. Which means whatever leads We have with closure date after the day of creation of widget the count of those would show up here.

Step 8. We will add time range, so we will choose the time range as this year. Now, the table is ready to be viewed.

Note that to get the deal value, ensure that all the leads have deal value added in the deal value field. If the lead does not have deal value added then the deal value column in the table will remain empty.

Note that if we haven't added the address to the lead then zip code won't be visible. To avoid that we can create a design under the lead.

So, in this way we can create multiple different types of tables which will help us to have a view of all our leads which is most important to us.
