As soon as we will log into our Arka360 account, by default we will land on dashboard page. We can edit the existing default dashboard or we can create a new dashboard that will cater all our needs.
Step 1. To create a new dashboard, click on the dropdown of default dashboard.
Step 2. Click on the 'Create new Dashboard' option.
Step 3. We'll get a pop up to enter dashboard name. Enter the name of dashboard and click on submit.
β
This will open a new dashboard page for you. Now we need to add widget, let's take the example of KPI type of widget in our case.
Step 4. After clicking on 'Add KPI', a left drawer will open in which we have to enter details which will help us get the desired result.
Let's take an example, through KPI widget we want to measure the new leads that has been generated this year and is under New Lead stage.
Step 5. Add widget name.
Step 6. By default KPI type will be selected if you are creating new dashboard. Else for editing existing dashboard we will have to select widget type as KPI.
Step 7. From source choose the source as leads.
Step 8. We are required the measure the counts of leads so, under measure choose the option as Count of- Leads.
βStep 9. To refine our lead we will use filter. So, to measure what are the new leads which has been added to our software this year and is in new lead stage. Click on 'Add Filter'.
Step 10. In column section we'll select the option Stage- leads.
Step 11. We'll choose the operator as 'is'.
Step 12. In value we need to select the stage of pipeline for which we need the lead to be calculated. Clicking on value will first give us the option to select the pipeline and then I'll click on the stage of that particular pipeline.
Step 13. Add time range as 'this year'.
Step 14. If we require comparison, we can add it and it will compare it with the previous period, that is the previous year how many leads were generated.
Step 15. Click on the add widget.
So now these are the new leads that has been generated in this year and is still under new lead stage.
In the similar way, based on our use case, we can create multiple other widgets or add the information that we want to see on our dashboard.
