Step 1. To add new widget of bar or column type let's start with editing our existing dashboard. Choose the dashboard in which we want to add the new widget.

Step 2. Click on edit icon.

Step 3. Now, you will be landed to the dashboard that we want to edit.

Clicking on 'Add widget' button will open the left drawer to add new widget.

So, the first thing that I will measure is Deals by stage which means that on this widget we will be able to see the sum of amount of deal value based on individual stages.

Step 4. Let's select the widget type as Bar.

Step 5. Now from source we will select the source as leads.

Step 6. Under measure(X-axis), we will select the option 'Sum of- Deal Value- Leads'. Under grouping(Y-axis) we will select the option 'Stage-leads'.

Step 7. We will select the time range as 'This year'. This will give us a graph of sum of deal values verses the stages of each of the leads.

Note: If we have multiple pipeline then ensure to add the filter of pipeline. If we don't add pipeline filter then the Y-axis will give us stages of all the pipeline that is added in our organization.

In column choose the option of 'Pipeline- lead', in operator choose 'is' and in value choose the pipeline whose data we want to be visible on your dashboard.

Note: Please ensure that deal value is added in our leads to get the final deal value. Here, we have the new widget of bar type for all of the leads per stages based on one individual pipeline.

Let's take another example. We will add a column widget that will measure the leads assigned to our individual team members.

Step 1. Click on 'Add widget'.

Step 2. Enter the widget name. We will choose the widget type as column.

Step 3. Now in source we will choose the source as leads.

Step 4. In the Y-axis we will measure the count of leads and in the X-axis we will group the leads by assignee.

Step 5. Now, we'll add the time range as this month.

Step 6. Click on Add widget button.

So this is a widget which gives us a data of the total number of leads which have been generated by assignees in this month.

Step 7. Once, your dashboard is in view mode you can simply hover on the bar or column to get the exact number.

Step 8. We can also click on individual column. This will give us a list view of all the leads associated with this particular column.
