Design Summary page overview

Once the design is created, click on the name of your design to land on the Design Summary page.

User can see below fields and information regarding their design:

  1. Design Information

User can also check the information of their design on the Design Summary page in the Design Information field.

  • Nameplate DC Size

    Nameplate DC Size shows the total DC capacity according to the design created in the studio.

  • Total AC Size

    Total AC Size shows the total AC capacity according to the design created in the studio.

  • DC:AC Ratio

    DC:AC Ratio shows the DC to AC capacity load ratio.

  • Specific Generation

    Specific Generation shows the generation value per kWp per year.

  • Performance Ratio

    Performance Ratio shows the overall performance ratio of the designed solar plant.

  • Last Modified At

    Last Modified At shows the last date of design modification to keep track of your design updates.

  • Created By

    Created By shows the name of the user who created the design.

2. Generation Analysis

The Generation Analysis field can be found at the Design Summary page.

  • Total Generation

    Total Generation shows the annual generation value.

  • Monthly Generation

    Monthly Generation is shown as a graphical representation for every month’s AC Energy generation.

3. Loss Analysis

The Loss Analysis field can be found at the Design Summary page where user can check the Irradiation, DC and AC losses for the design created.

4. Bill of Material

The Bill of Material field can be found at the Design Summary page. User can also manually input the additional components by following the below steps:

  • Select Component

    Click on the Select Component button and then click on the desired component from the drop down menu.

  • Enter Make (Description)

    Input the description or make of the component by clicking on Enter Make.

  • Enter Quantity

    Click on the Enter Quantity button to add the quantity of the input component.

    Click on Add Component to add the component in the Bill of Materials section.

5. Pricing

Once the Client Requirements and Pricing is filled, user can check the below information on the Design Summary page in the Pricing section:

  • Instrument

    Instrument shows the mode of payment for the given pricing.

  • Price

    Price shows the price input while adding the pricing details.

  • ROI

    Return on Investment (ROI) is calculated by considering Client Requirements and Pricing values.

  • IRR

    Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is calculated by considering Client Requirements and Pricing values.

  • LCOE

    Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE) is calculated by considering Client Requirements and Pricing values.

  • Payback

    Payback period is calculated by considering Client Requirements and Pricing values.

  • Tax

    Tax shows the tax percentage input while adding the pricing details.

  • Discount Rate

    Discount Rate shows the discount value input while adding the pricing details.

  • Subsidy

    Subsidy shows the subsidy percentage input while adding the pricing details.

  • Maintenance Cost

    Maintenance Cost shows the cost input for maintenance while adding the pricing details.

  • Accelerated Years

    Accelerated Years shows the number of years input to consider accelerated depreciation while adding the pricing details.

  • Accelerated %

    Accelerated % shows the percentage of accelerated depreciation considered while adding the pricing details.

  • Accelerated Tax-Slab

    Accelerated Tax-Slab shows the tax slab value in percentage considered while adding the pricing details.

6. Incentives

The Incentives section can be found at the bottom of the Design Summary page. Follow the below steps to create new incentives:

  • Create New Incentive

    Click on Create New Incentive button in the Incentives section. Add New Incentive pop-up will appear on your screen:

    • Incentive Name

      Input the name of incentive in the Incentive Name field.

    • Incentive Type

      Click on the Select Incentive Type to choose from below mentioned incentive types.

      • Fixed Grant

      • System Cost Based Grant

      • System Production Based Grant

      • System Size Based Grant

    • Capping

      • User can select or deselect the capping by clicking on the tick box next to Capped.

      • Input the capping amount under Cap field.

    • Currency Selection

      • User can choose the respective currency from a drop down menu by clicking on Select next to the Capped field.

  • Select Incentive

    User can create multiple incentives by following the above steps and choose from the list of incentives created by clicking on Select Incentive and then clicking on Add button next to the desired incentive.
