The request revision button will only be shown if you the service that you have ordered(sales proposal or permit design) has been accepted by Arka team. They have completed the order and you have received the notification that your order has been completed. So, to request for revision follow the steps.

Step 1: Go to the design or the lead on which you have ordered your expert services order. Step 2: For example, I have ordered a solar sales proposal. Now once the status of the order is updated to complete, that is the expert services team have completed your order. You can view your order and you can also request for revision either by going into the details of the order or from here as well, you can directly request for the revision.

โ€‹Step 3: Once you request for the revision, you need to add what are the changes that you want. For example, in this design let's request to the Arka team to update the tilt of the roof as 20ยฐ. So this is the one change that I want in my design.

Here you will be able to see the number of free revisions which is left for your design. When you exceed the number of free revisions, you'll have to pay certain amount of credit for all the revisions that you'll be requesting. Also, if you want to add any attachment for reference example images or any document that you want to upload, you can upload that as well.

Step 4: Now click on the Request now button.

Step 5: So once your request have been submitted you will get a confirmation message informing your request has been successfully received and also the status of your order will get updated to order placed. Now, once the expert services team, they accept the revision, they'll update your order as per the request. Again the status will be updated to to completed. Also, you'll get an e-mail confirming the revisions have been updated.
