We are announcing automatic structures for visual representation in the 3D view.
How to enable structures
Open design settings and enable structures from the setting.
Select template type
When enabled, the structure legs will be shown in the client portal. In case of facing any visual issue or if you don't want structures in the client portal, you should keep this setting disabled.
The structures are shown in the 3D mode and when the view is toggled to 3D, automatically continuous blocks of panels are identified. Each continuous block of the panel is kept in a separate structure.
Template Options
Default fixed-tilt: This is the default option. Here we show the foundation, legs, rafter and purlin. The number of legs is changed based on row size. For all structures, two leg rows are kept as a minimum in this template. The structure objects are given a grey texture.
Pergola: This is similar to default fixed-tilt option, except that the texture is wooden here, there is no foundation and the legs are slightly thicker. This is useful for raised structures.
Low foundation fixed-tilt: This is completely same as default fixed-tilt, except that the foundation is absent in this case. This is useful in case of row raise structures.
Additional Notes
The structures are only for visual representation and the portal does not perform any load analysis on the same.
The feature is in beta and is only enabled for new sites.
Structures are only for fixed-tilt panels and not for flush mount.
