How to Integrate your Email and Calendar with ARKA 360

This article helps the user understand how to integrate their google or microsoft account to send/recieve mails and setup meetings

Settings> External Integrations

  • Go to the External Integrations page under the settings, in which you will be able to find the list of all the services you can integrate with ARKA 360.

  • Click on Connect for Email and Calendar and enter select the mail client to integrate and click on Connect

If the Email client is Google

  • If you are already logged into your account in the browser, just choose the accout you want to integrate, if not you will be prompted to log into your google account.

  • In the permissions click on select all for accessing your mails and calendar inside ARKA and click on Continue.

  • You have successfully integrated your Google account.

If the Email client is Microsoft_Outlook

  • If you are already logged into your account in the browser, just choose the accout you want to integrate, if not you will be prompted to log into your microsoft account.

  • You have successfully integrated your Outlook account.

Lead Drawer

  • Inside the Lead drawer you can see 2 new tabs next to documents called Emails and Calendar, if you have not integrated your acount you will find the prompt and navigation to the External Integrations page

  • Once you have integrated the account, you can find all the Email communication between the integrated Email Id and the lead email Id inside the Emails tab.

  • Inside email tab, You can

    • Create New emails

    • Reply to existing emails

    • Forward existing emails and

    • Delete existing emails.

  • All the actions done here will be reflected in your outlook/gmail as well and all the actions/communication done throught gmail/outlook can be seen here as well.

  • Inside meetings tab, you can

    • Create new meetings

    • Join already created meetings

    • View meeting details

    • edit meetings created by you

    • Cancel meetings

Lead Summary

  • All the actions described above can be done inside the lead details page also under the Activity timeline tab
